        Geraldine provides advice from a defence and plaintiff perspective on complex disputes in the areas of commercial, contractual, catastrophic claims and fatal injury accidents.


        Geraldine joined the Dublin office in 2011, having previously practised full time for 15 years at the Irish Bar in the civil and criminal courts. She was also a full-time member of the State's legal team for five-and-a-half years on a major Public Inquiry and has extensive experience of Tribunal work.

        In addition, she advises an international claims company that specialises in centralising claims across Europe as well as advising on solicitor professional negligence claims and coverage issues.

        She has also worked as a lawyer with the Dublin office of Travelers Insurance where she handled "large loss" cases in the areas of professional indemnity including Broker, Architects, Surveyors, Engineer and Financial Advisor claims (including claims to the financial Ombudsman).
